Board meetings

Board meetings are held every six weeks. The Board of Directors is made up of ten members of the business community, two members from either the Chamber of Commerce and The Town Council or Cornwall Council, two members of any voluntary BID payers and one member from the business community that is influential in helping the BID to deliver its business plan.

Meetings dates for 2017/18 are:

Wednesday 20th September (AGM)
Wednesday 4th October
Wednesday 15th November
Wednesday 20th December
Wednesday 31st January
Wednesday 14th March

If you are a BID levy payer and have a question you would like to put forward to the board then please submit your question, in writing, the Friday before the meeting date you would like your matter raised at, to one of the following Board Members

BID Business Forum

The member forum is held once a month, at various locations in the town.  The purpose of the meetings is to meet the BID team, hear updates and discuss current issues that are affecting the Newquay businesses and find solutions that will improve the situation. Annual General Meeting

Newquay BID holds an AGM once a year: the purpose of the AGM is to inform members of all BID activity throughout the year and if needed appoint board members. The AGM for 2017 is on 20th September and all members are welcome.
