Newquay Charity Bungee JumpThe first bungee jump in Cornwall for 5 years will take place on Bank Holiday Monday 26th August, at the prestigious Headland Hotel in Newquay, in aid of local charity, Cornwall Hospice Care.

Participants will jump 165ft from a specially designed crane, feeling the incredible adrenalin rush whilst enjoying the unique experience of falling toward the Cornish coast, and raise funds for Cornwall Hospice Care to help them continue providing specialist care to adults in Cornwall with life limiting illness.

The charity had an overwhelming response to the call for people to register their interest in their event.

”We are really excited to have confirmed the iconic Headland Hotel for this event and are extremely grateful to them for allowing us to use their grounds”, said  Amy Barnie, who organises the event for the charity, ‘‘We are working with the UK Bungee Club to put together this exciting event. They have a fantastic reputation and will have a qualified team to help guide participants through the jump”. 

There are limited spaces on this incredible challenge and demand is expected fill up quickly. Registration is £60, and participants will be asked to raise a minimum of £150 for the charity.
