Board meetings are held every six week to eight weeks. The Board of Directors can be made up of up to eight members of the business community, two members from either the Chamber of Commerce and The Town Council or Cornwall Council, two members of any voluntary BID payers and one member from the business community that is influential in helping the BID to deliver its business plan.

Please note there is an EOGM to be held on Wednesday 9th January at 4:30pm at The Headland Hotel. Within this EOGM, there is a proposed amendment to the Articles of Association. For further information, please contact the office team via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The 2018/19 AGM date is to be decided by the Directors at the November 2018 board meeting.
If you are a BID levy payer and have a question you would like to put forward to the board then please submit your question, in writing, the Friday before the meeting date you would like your matter raised at, to one of the following Board Members
The member forum is held once a month, at various locations in the town. The purpose of the meetings is to meet the BID team, hear updates and discuss current issues that are affecting the Newquay businesses and find solutions that will improve the situation. All BID members are welcome to come along to the forum. For more information on the meetings please email email@example.com

Newquay BID holds an AGM once a year: the purpose of the AGM is to inform members of all BID activity throughout the year and if needed appoint board Directors. Dates and times can be subject to change depending on Newquay BID business requirements. Newquay BID will inform levy payers via email providing 21 days notice of this AGM providing an email address has been supplied. Meeting notes can be obtained by written request via email after the date of the AGM.
