This is the seventh edition of Seven, which is named after the town’s TR7 postcode and its seven beautiful beaches. The magazine is packed full of sizzling seasonal features including a special focus on “The Hut on the Hill” next to Little Fistral; ocean adventures; what’s hot and what’s not this summer; a bite-sized beach guide to Newquay’s beautiful beaches, the restoration of Trenance Cottages and much, much more.
The magazine also highlights a number of key diary dates for upcoming Newquay-based events, including the Joe Way Paddle for Life (18th June), Newquay Carnival Week (4th – 11th July), The Newquay and Fistral Bay Hop (22nd August) and the Fish Festival (11th – 13th September).
The magazine, which has been created by Newquay Business Improvement District (BID) and published by Newquay-based Muse Media, made its debut in June 2012 and is designed to celebrate all the great things about Newquay, sharing its hidden gems with visitors and locals alike.
The BID distributes 20,000 copies of the free magazine during the summer to all Newquay businesses, including leisure attractions, hospitality and accommodation providers, as well as holiday parks within a TR7 postcode. Copies are also available from Newquay’s tourist information centre. The BID will also be making arrangements for Seven to be available at motorway services on the M5 to help promote the town to the visitors travelling down to Cornwall.
Eve Wooldridge said: “We are really pleased with the summer 2015 issue of Seven. We know that the magazine has really established a name for itself by communicating the town’s vibrant personality and cool, coastal vibe, so this latest issue is highly anticipated amongst both locals and return visitors.”
“With so many popular attractions, brilliant businesses opening up and tonnes of things for visitors to see and do, Seven is an effective way of showcasing all that Newquay has to offer. The BID encourages local organisations to get in touch with us to discuss ways in which they can maximise its marketing potential and be involved in the next issue.”
Businesses should contact Newquay BID if they wish to request extra copies to distribute to their customers. Seven is also available to read online at https://www.newquaybid.co.uk/.
