Newquay BID has launched its first Business to Business Marketing Scheme which will enable BID members to find the latest offers available to them from their neighbouring businesses in Newquay.
In line with the BID Business plan and final proposal the scheme is aimed at promoting offers from the professional services sector to the other 455 businesses in the BID area, helping businesses to buy local and keep their money in the local economy.
The Scheme is initially being run over a three month pilot, and will run from April until the end of June, with all offers initially derived from the professional services within Newquay. During this time the BID and the businesses that have already signed up will be monitoring usage of the scheme which will then determine its future.
While the Pilot is being run the offers will be available for BID members to access over the Newquay BID website, where all business contacts will be available for each offer, there will also be weekly updates on the Newquay BID Facebook page.businesses that have already signed up will be monitoring usage of the scheme which will then determine its future.
Alice Beard, Marketing and PR Assistant for the Newquay BID, hopes that “BID Members will take full advantage of the offers that are available to them so that the Scheme is able to progress from the originally planned three month pilot and grow into a Marketing Scheme that is able to really make a difference to the businesses within Newquay”.
Business to Business marketing schemes are able to offer spectacular opportunities to businesses and in addition to no advertising costs for the Businesses offering their services, it will also eliminate the extensive searching and trawling through sites looking for the best deals when they are now easily accessible from the BID website! All with the added incentive of making sure your money is kept within Newquay’s economy.
Alice continues: “Some of the offers that we have received so far are from Green Room Dentistry, Newquay Glass Centre, Camellia Interiors, Surf Communications Ltd and Newquay Insurance Solutions. All of these businesses are offering competitive offers that they want other businesses in Newquay to know about and use – it’s a win win situation”
