Equipment For Hire
We are proud to be able to offer our infrastructure, purchased using Good Growth and Boardmasters Foundation funding, for hire.
We have a 4m x 4m modular stage with accompanying gazebo (in either black or white) and 50 3m x 2m gazebos with removable sides, all necessary pegs and weights and gutters.
The hire comes at zero cost to Newquay BID businesses, with a reduced rate available for charities and Community Interest Companies (CICs). We kindly ask that any BID businesses, charities, or CICs using the equipment acknowledge Newquay BID and Love Newquay in any promotional content, marketing materials, or social media posts relating to the activity or event. This helps us showcase the positive impact of the scheme and continue supporting local organisations and community initiatives across Newquay.
All hirers must complete the form below and pay a refundable deposit.
