Board Meetings

Board meetings are held every six  to eight weeks. The Board of Directors can be made up of up to ten members of the business community, two members from  The Town Council or Cornwall Council, two members of any voluntary BID payers and one member from the business community that is influential in helping the BID to deliver its business plan.

Annual General Meeting

Newquay BID holds an AGM once a year: the purpose of the AGM is to inform members of all BID activity throughout the year and if needed appoint board Directors. Dates and times can be subject to change depending on Newquay BID business requirements.  Newquay BID will inform levy payers via email providing 21 days notice of this AGM providing an email address has been supplied.
